 Registration fee

  • Attendees: 100€ per person (This fee applies to all attendees, including those whose abstracts are selected for presentation. Please note that no travel or accommodation support can be provided.)

  • Students discount (available to full-time students with valid student ID): 50€ per person

  • Gala Dinner on 18th September 2025 (optional): 30€ per person

Eligibility

  • Students & youth advocates (of all ages*) passionate about sustainability, climate action, and environmental issues, including participants from Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE).

  • Academics, researchers, teachers and professionals involved in sustainability education, green campus management, or environmental practices.

  • Industry professionals & individuals from both the private and public sectors contributing to sustainable practices.

  • Policymakers, decision-makers & leaders working on policies related to sustainability, climate change, and green education.

    *Participants under 18 will be required to have a chaperone present during the event.

Key Informations

  • Standard Registration Deadline: 1 September 2025

  • Fees include access to all sessions, conference materials, meals (lunch and coffee breaks), and networking events.

  • As part of the registration process for student attendees, we kindly ask you to bring your Student ID to the conference for verification purposes. This will ensure eligibility for the discounted student registration fee. Please ensure that your Student ID is accurate and valid.

  • Please note that the Eco-Campus International Conference 2025 will be held in-person only. We will not be offering a hybrid mode for this event, so all participants are required to attend physically at the venue.
